Cancellation Policy
More than 24 hours notice: Service will be cancelled at no charge.
Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the service price will be charged.
NO-SHOWS or SAME DAY cancellations: 100% of the service price will be charged.
No future appointments can be made on accounts that have outstanding service charges for late cancellation or missed appointments until the balance has been paid.
No-shows kill small businesses across the globe and consistent no-shows will no longer be welcome at Yellow Rose Hair Studio.
